Is this you

Busy all the time. Present for very little of it.

Most of my clients are good at their jobs and tired of how much it costs them. They don't need more motivation. They need a clear plan, a system that holds, and someone who keeps them honest.

Frequently asked questions

About coaching with me

Who is coaching for?

I work with high-achieving women, including women physicians, who want to create an intentional life, feel aligned with their values, and find more fulfillment.

What will we work on together?

We’ll clarify your values, explore who you are beyond your roles and responsibilities, and examine expectations and thought patterns that no longer serve you. What matters to you will guide the changes you make.

What happens during a session?

Sessions combine conversations about what’s on your mind with guided exercises exploring your values, identity, and thought patterns. Each session lasts one hour.

How often will we meet?

We meet weekly or every other week, with a minimum commitment of five sessions.

How much does coaching cost?
  • Five sessions: $1,250
  • Ten sessions: $2,250
  • Individual session rate: $299 per hour
Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are available online and in person in San Antonio, Texas.

How do I get started?

Book a free 30-minute discovery call. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit.

Is coaching medical care or therapy?

No. Coaching does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or psychotherapy, and working with me as your coach does not establish a physician-patient relationship.
